A rash (Figure 1 and Figure 2) was noted in a 2-month-old infant who presented with a 4-week history of erythematous, annular patches and plaques concentrated on the face and periorbital areas. The cutaneous eruption appeared to be asymptomatic, and the infant was otherwise thriving.
